Premium is the top FACEITSync plan, and it is built for people who stream. It keeps everything Free and Player+ already give you, takes the monthly cap off your automatic highlight clips, and switches on the tools that only do something when an audience is watching.
Set it up in six steps
Do these in order. Step 6 is the one people skip, and it is the reason a fresh Premium account can still look like nothing happened.
- Sign in. A FACEITSync account is created with your Twitch login, so there is no separate registration. See Creating Your Account.
- Link your FACEIT account first. Premium unlocks tools, it does not fetch your data. Without a linked FACEIT account the overlays have nothing to show and the chat commands have nothing to answer. See Account Connections.
- Open the plans page. Click Prices in the top menu. Inside the dashboard, the orange FACEITSync Premium card at the bottom of the left sidebar leads to the same page.
- Pick a term, then the plan. Above the three plan cards sits a small switch with Monthly and Annually. Set it, then click Become premium on the Premium card. If you are not signed in yet, that button reads Log in with Twitch instead and takes you to the payment step straight after the login.
- Pay. The payment page belongs to our payment provider, so you leave faceitsync.com for a moment. Which payment methods appear there depends on your country. When the payment goes through you land back on a FACEITSync confirmation page that lists your new features and the date your access runs to.
- Switch on what you just bought. Nothing turns itself on. Automatic highlight clips in particular stay off until you flip the main switch on the highlights page, and the Streamsniper Checker and Smart Ads each have their own. Walk through the pages in the table below once.
There is no save button anywhere in the dashboard. Every switch takes effect the moment you flip it.
What Premium unlocks and where to find it
The left sidebar of your dashboard is the map. Each row below names the group first, then the entry inside it.

Those entries carry a small star in the sidebar until you have Premium, and you can open the pages anyway: they render completely, explain what they do, and leave their switches greyed out. Nothing is hidden before you buy. Each one has its own article, for example Lobby Teams Overlay, Streamsniper Checker and Smart Ads. Monthly or twelve months at once
Premium has exactly two live options, and they behave differently in one important way.
- Monthly is a real subscription. It renews itself every month until you cancel it.
- Annually is a single payment that covers 365 days. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and your access simply ends on the date shown unless you buy again.
Buying a twelve month term while a monthly subscription is running does not charge you twice: the subscription is paused until the new end date and picks up again afterwards.
Coming from Player+
Upgrading is open at any time and is built so that you never pay for both plans at once. What is left of your running Player+ term is credited against your first Premium payment, and the old Player+ subscription is retired in the same step.
If the remainder is too small to be worth crediting, which happens in the last days before a renewal, the Player+ subscription is still stopped, so it can never keep charging next to Premium. You lose nothing either way, because Premium contains everything Player+ has. See What is Player+?.
What is listed but not live
- Coach, the AI match analysis, appears on the plans page with a token count. It is announced, not available.
- Priority Support is listed as a Premium benefit, but no response time is promised or measured anywhere. If support speed is your reason to upgrade, it is not a good one.
- The newer Overlay Studio is a closed beta limited to testers, and buying Premium does not open it. What you get is the Overlay Generator above. See Overlay Generator.
Who Premium is for
Premium pays off if you stream CS2 and want more on screen than a scoreboard. If nothing you do ends up on a stream, most of it sits unused: the overlays need viewers, the Streamsniper Checker needs a chat, Smart Ads need ad breaks. The clips would be the only part you really use, and Player+ vs Premium walks through that decision.
Managing and cancelling your subscription
Everything about money lives in one place: Account in the sidebar, then Settings, then Payments.
- Premium status shows whether your access is active and the date it runs to.
- Subscription management holds Cancel subscription. You are asked a short, optional question about why before the final confirmation, and you keep Premium until the end of the term you already paid for. A confirmation email follows.
- While a cancelled subscription is still running, an Undo cancellation button appears in the same place. It does not charge you again, it simply lets the subscription continue. Older subscriptions that were paid through PayPal are the exception: a cancellation there is final.
- Manage Payments opens the provider's own portal: swap your payment method, read invoices or cancel from that side.
- Payment history lists every payment with its period and a receipt.
There is no downgrade. While Premium is running, buying Player+ is refused and you are told to end Premium first. Plan changes only go upwards, so if you are unsure, start with the smaller plan.
Moderators who help run your channel cannot cancel your subscription, undo a cancellation or open the payment portal, not even while acting for you: they manage the channel, not your money. A checkout always bills the account that is signed in, so a moderator who clicks Become premium while acting for you buys Premium for their own Twitch account and pays for it themselves. When Premium does not unlock
Work down this list in order. Almost every case is one of the first three.
- Check the status first. Open Account in the sidebar, then Settings, then Payments. If Premium status says active, the purchase is fine and the problem is in the feature, not in the plan.
- Are you in the right account? Premium belongs to the Twitch account that paid. If you run a second channel, everything looks locked. Sign out and back in with the account you bought on.
- Is the feature itself switched on? Buying does not enable anything. Highlights, the Streamsniper Checker and Smart Ads each start switched off and have a switch on their own page.
- Paid, but the status is not active yet? The confirmation page says so in plain words instead of celebrating. Reload the payments page after a minute. If it stays that way, open a ticket and quote the payment reference from the confirmation page. See Getting Help.
- Is there a red banner about a failed payment? Your saved payment method was declined. Access keeps running while the provider retries, and if it has already lapsed, a successful payment restores it instantly. Use Update payment method in the banner.
- Did Premium just end? Two settings stop applying the moment it does, even though the dashboard still shows the value you saved: a prediction delay above 30 seconds is capped again, and the AI tone returns to standard. Both come back with the plan.
FAQ
Do I have to buy anything to use FACEITSync? No. Free is a complete plan with profiles, the FACEIT stats overlay, automatic predictions, the chat commands and 4 highlight clips a month.
Does the monthly plan renew by itself? Yes, every month until you cancel. The twelve month option does not renew at all.
What happens to my access when I cancel? You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, then it ends quietly.
Can I switch from Premium down to Player+? Not while Premium is running. End Premium first.
Does Premium include the Overlay Studio? No. It includes the Overlay Generator. The Studio is a closed beta and a purchase does not open it.
Do I get an invoice? Yes. Every payment in the history under Settings, then Payments, carries a receipt.
What does Premium cost? The plans page shows what is currently on offer.
