FACEITSync provides a service that enables Twitch streamers to automatically create Twitch predictions based on their FACEIT CS2 matches. Our main features include:

• Automatic creation of Twitch predictions when a FACEIT match starts
• Automatic resolution of predictions based on the match result
• Display of FACEIT statistics and match histories
• Customizable prediction settings

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or restrict our services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services.

To use FACEITSync, you must sign in with your Twitch account and then link your Steam account. For full functionality, you need a FACEIT account linked to your Steam account.

3.1 Requirements

To use FACEITSync, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have an active Twitch account
• Have an active Steam account
• Have an active FACEIT account linked to your Steam account

3.2 Account security

You are responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication for your linked accounts.

You are required to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

3.3 Data access

By using FACEITSync, you grant us access to certain data from your linked accounts. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

As a user of FACEITSync, you agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

4.1 Prohibited activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using our services for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Bypassing security measures or access restrictions
• Uploading or distributing malware or other harmful content
• Impairing the functionality of our services
• Using bots or automated scripts to interact with our services
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties
• Using our services to manipulate Twitch predictions or FACEIT matches

4.2 Compliance with third-party terms

You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of Twitch, Steam, and FACEIT. Violations may also lead to restriction or termination of your use of FACEITSync.

4.3 Responsibility for content

You are responsible for all content created in your name through the use of our services, including Twitch predictions and their titles.

All rights to FACEITSync—including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights—are owned by us or our licensors.

5.1 Usage rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

5.2 Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble our services

6.2 Liability cap

6.3 Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist attacks, wars, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, failures of transportation, telecommunications, or power supply.

You may end your use of our services at any time by deleting your account or unlinking Twitch or Steam.

• You violate the terms of Twitch, Steam, or FACEIT
• We suspect you are using our services for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your use of our services poses a risk to us or other users

Upon termination of your use, for any reason:

• Your right to use our services ceases
• Your login credentials will be disabled
• All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
