FACEITSync offers a service that enables Twitch streamers to automatically create Twitch Predictions based on their FACEIT CS2 matches. Our main functions include:

• Automatic creation of Twitch Predictions when a FACEIT match begins
• Automatic resolution of predictions based on match result
• Display of FACEIT statistics and match histories
• Customizable settings for predictions

We reserve the right to change, expand or restrict our services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services.

To use FACEITSync, you must log in with your Twitch account and then link your Steam account. For full functionality, it is required that you have a FACEIT account that is linked to your Steam account.

3.1 Requirements

To use FACEITSync, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have an active Twitch account
• Have an active Steam account
• Have an active FACEIT account that is linked to your Steam account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. We recommend using strong passwords and activating two-factor authentication for your linked accounts.

You are obligated to inform us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.

3.3 Data Access

By using FACEITSync, you grant us access to certain data from your linked accounts. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

As a user of FACEITSync, you commit to using our services responsibly and in accordance with these terms of service.

4.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using our services for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Circumventing security measures or access restrictions
• Uploading or distributing malware or other harmful content
• Impairing the functionality of our services
• Using bots or automated scripts to interact with our services
• Sharing your access credentials with third parties
• Using our services to manipulate Twitch Predictions or FACEIT matches

4.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms

You are obligated to comply with the terms of service and community guidelines of Twitch, Steam and FACEIT. A violation of these terms may also lead to a restriction or termination of your use of FACEITSync.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for all content created through the use of our services on your behalf, including Twitch Predictions and their titles.

All rights to FACEITSync, including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, belong to us or our licensors.

5.1 Usage Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms of service.

5.2 Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, modify or create derivative works of our services
• Decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble our services
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, sell or license our services
• Use our trademarks or logos without express permission

5.3 Feedback

If you give us feedback, ideas or suggestions for improving our services, you grant us the right to use this feedback without restriction and without compensation.

• Damages from actions or omissions of third parties (Twitch, Steam, FACEIT)

6.2 Liability Limitation

In any case, our liability is limited to the legally permissible maximum amount. If you use our services for commercial purposes, we are not liable for lost profits, business interruptions or other commercial damages.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist attacks, wars, uprisings, embargos, actions of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, failures of transportation, telecommunications or power supply.

You can end your use of our services at any time by deleting your account or disconnecting from Twitch or Steam.

7.1 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our services at any time for good cause, especially if:

• You violate these terms of service
• You violate the terms of service of Twitch, Steam or FACEIT
• We suspect that you are using our services for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your use of our services poses a risk to us or other users
• We are legally obligated to do so

7.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your use, for whatever reason:

• Your right to use our services expires
• Your access credentials are deactivated
• All provisions of these terms of service that should survive by their nature remain in effect
