Available in: Free, Player+ and Premium.
FACEITSync has one free plan and two paid ones. Free is a real plan rather than a trial: it never expires and asks for no payment details. Player+ is the upgrade for players, Premium the upgrade for people who stream, and each plan contains everything in the one below it.
Choosing a plan in five steps
Step 2 is the one people skip: the cards open on the annual view, so that switch decides whether you start a subscription or pay once for a year.
- Open the plan page. Click Prices in the menu at the top of the website. In your dashboard, the orange FACEITSync Premium card at the bottom of the left sidebar leads to the same page.
- Pick monthly or annual. The switch above the three cards reads Monthly and Annually. The annual view shows what the year works out at per month, what you pay in one go, and how much the longer term saves.
- Press the button on the plan you want. It reads Get Player+ or Become premium. If you are not logged in it reads Log in with Twitch instead and carries you through the Twitch login straight into the same checkout.
- Pay. The checkout runs through Stripe and offers the payment methods Stripe supports in your country. A plan you already hold shows no button at all: its card says Already active in green.
- Check that it arrived. In your dashboard, click Settings in the left sidebar, then Payments. The status card there should read ACTIVE.
Access is granted the moment the payment is confirmed, and there is no save button in any of this.
What each plan includes
Everything in one column is also in the columns to its right.
Player+ adds one thing that is not a limit: a Player+ badge on your public FACEITSync profile. It deliberately leaves the AI allowance for the chat commands at the Free level, because a player without a channel gets nothing out of those commands.
Monthly or annual payment
The switch on the plan page changes what you buy, not only what you pay.
- Monthly is a subscription. It renews itself until you stop it, and you can cancel at any time. In your payment settings it appears as type Recurring.
- Annually is a single payment covering one year. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel: the access simply ends on the date shown. It appears as type One-off payment.
Both give the same features. Only the rhythm of the payment differs.
Where your plan is shown
Three places answer three different questions.
- Settings, section Payments. The status card names your status, the date your access runs to, the payment method and the type. A running subscription also gets its own block with the next payment date and a Cancel subscription button, and below that sits your payment history with the receipts.
- Match Highlights. The Highlight contingent card shows how many of this month's clips you have used, when the counter resets, and an upgrade button. On Premium it reads unlimited.
- The left sidebar. Entries that need Premium carry a small star and stay clickable on every plan: you can open Smart Ads, Streamsniper Check, the Lobby Teams Overlay and the Overlay Generator and look around, but a box at the top says Premium required and the settings are greyed out.
Moving between plans
Upwards at any time, downwards not at all.
- Player+ to Premium. Open the plan page and buy Premium. The days you already paid for on Player+ are not lost: their value is worked out day by day and taken off the Premium price as a credit line in the checkout. A Player+ you were given rather than bought has no amount behind it, so there is nothing to credit.
- More time on top of a running plan. Buying the annual option while a monthly subscription is active adds the year to the time you already have instead of replacing it, and pauses the subscription so you are not charged twice. It continues by itself once the bought time runs out.
- Buying the same plan twice. A second subscription of the same kind is refused: you land back on the plan page with a note that one is already active.
- Premium to Player+. Not possible while the Premium subscription is running, and that includes one you have already cancelled but that has not expired yet. The checkout sends you back to your payment settings with the message that you have to end Premium first.
Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you paid for. You are asked a short, optional question about why you are leaving, and the block then changes to Undo cancellation, so a cancellation made in a bad mood costs nothing. Buying the same plan again before it expires does the same: it takes the cancellation back instead of charging you twice.
When you are unsure between the two paid plans, start with Player+. Moving up later is frictionless and your remaining days come with you; moving down means waiting out the term.
Entries on the plan page that are not usable yet
Three entries on the plan page cannot be acted on today.
- Coach, the match analysis, is announced on both paid plans and marked as in development. It is not available.
- Early Access is listed on Player+ and gives you nothing you can open today.
- Priority Support is listed on Premium, but no response time is promised or measured. If support speed is your reason to upgrade, it is not a good one.
Premium unlocks the Overlay Generator, the established builder in your dashboard. The newer Overlay Studio is a closed beta, and buying Premium does not open it.
When a purchase does not work
Work down this list in order. Almost everything that goes wrong is one of the first four.
- The button says Log in with Twitch. You are not logged in. Press it anyway: after the Twitch login you land in the checkout for the plan you picked.
- The card says Already active. You already hold that plan. Note that the Player+ card also says this when you are on Premium, because Premium contains it.
- You are sent to your payment settings with a message about ending Premium. That is the missing downgrade. Premium has to expire before Player+ can be bought.
- You are sent back to the plan page with a note about an active subscription. A second subscription of the same kind is not possible. If you want more time, buy the annual option instead: it stacks onto what you have.
- The payment went through but the features are still locked. Open Settings, then Payments, and read the status card. If a payment failed you will see a red notice there with a button to update your payment method.
- Nothing reacts at all. Payments can be temporarily unavailable; you are told so instead of being sent into a broken checkout. Try again later, and contact support if it persists.
FAQ
Is FACEITSync free? Yes. Free covers profiles, the FACEIT Overlay, automatic predictions, the chat commands, 4 highlight clips and 20 AI chat answers a month, with no payment details required and no expiry date.
What do the paid plans cost? See the plan page for current prices.
Does the annual option renew by itself? No. It is a single payment for one year and then it ends. Only the monthly option renews.
Can I cancel at any time? Yes, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I go from Premium back to Player+? Not while the Premium subscription runs, including a cancelled one that has not expired.
Can I pay with PayPal? Not for a new purchase. Checkout goes through Stripe. Older PayPal subscriptions keep running normally.
Can I get Premium without paying? Yes, in two ways that you cannot buy: a creator or beta tester access granted by the team, which lasts as long as the role does, and a FACEITSync Drop, which gives a live streamer one month.
What happens when my paid plan ends? Your account and your data stay; only the paid extras stop. Clips drop back to 4 a month, the Premium pages lock again, and a prediction delay above 30 seconds is capped back, with a note naming the value it would have with Premium.
Do I have to switch anything on after paying? Only highlights, which are off by default on every plan. See Automatic Highlight Clips.
