How it goes
Match starts
You play a FACEIT match and you're live in Counter-Strike. The check runs on its own.
Lobby meets chat
Every few minutes, the bot compares your opponents with the people in your chat.
Named in chat
If an opponent sits in your chat for 3 minutes or longer, the bot names them in an announcement. You set the time yourself.
Only accounts that are actually linked.
Same name doesn't mean same person. That's why the bot only names accounts that are linked.

Linked accountsIf the Twitch account is listed in the FACEIT or Steam profile, or connected to FACEITSync, it gets named in chat.

Same name onlyIf someone just has the same name as an opponent, they show up in your history marked "same name only". The bot never names them in chat.

Only people in your chatThe check finds people who are logged in to your chat with their Twitch account. Anyone watching logged out stays invisible.
You decide when it's suspicious.
Set after how many minutes it reports, how often the same person can be named, and whether your own team gets checked too. Changes save instantly.
A heads-up, not proof.
The announcement shows who was in your chat. If you want to report someone to FACEIT, take screenshots of the announcement and of your chat list. Nobody can guarantee a ban.

Bot as moderator
The bot can only see who's in your chat if it's a mod. Type /mod FACEITSync in your chat once.
Live in Counter-Strike
You're streaming in the Counter-Strike category and playing a FACEIT match.
Common questions
Is a callout proof?
No. It shows that a linked Twitch account from your lobby was in your chat. Whether someone is really using your stream against you, nobody can tell from the outside.
Who does the check find?
Any opponent logged in to your chat with a linked Twitch account. Your own team too, if you want. Anyone watching logged out or on a different account stays invisible.
How fast does the callout come?
Not instantly. The bot checks every few minutes and only reports once someone has been in chat for the time you set (default 3 minutes).
Does the check block streamsnipers?
No. It tells you and your chat who from your lobby is in your chat. What you do next is up to you.
Can my mods set it up?
Yes. Head mods can by default, other mods get the right from you. Then they can turn the check on and off and see who was watching.
Does it work with Premier or Matchmaking?
No, only with FACEIT matches. That's the only place we can see who's in your lobby.
