The FACEITSync Score is a performance rating from 0 to 100 that measures how well a FACEIT player actually performs, inspired by the HLTV rating. ELO alone only tells you the matchmaking bracket. The FACEITSync Score looks at how a player wins: fragging, impact, consistency and experience together.
How it is calculated
The score combines five weighted components into a single 0 to 100 number:
- Skill - 25%: FACEIT ELO, FACEIT level and regional rank. Top regional ranks add a bonus.
- Fragging - 25%: K/D ratio, kills per match and ADR.
- Impact - 20%: headshot percentage and clutch potential.
- Consistency - 20%: win rate and recent form.
- Experience - 10%: matches played and how active the player is.
Requirements and updates
A player needs at least 10 matches to receive a FACEITSync Score. The score is recalculated every hour from each player's all-time, recent and 7-day stats, so it tracks current form rather than a one-time peak.
Why it is better than ELO alone
Two players can have the same ELO but very different impact. ELO only moves with wins and losses. The FACEITSync Score rewards strong individual performance, consistency and activity, so it is a fairer way to compare players and to rank them on the FACEITSync Score Ranking.

The FACEITSync Score appears on every tracked player profile and powers the FACEITSync Score Ranking at /en/ranking/faceitsync-score.
