Getting Help

Getting help with FACEITSync is free. The fastest way is the FACEITSync AI Assistant: open the AI Assistant button (labeled "Ask me anything") in the bottom right of any page for instant answers about features, setup, plans and troubleshooting, and it can create a support ticket for the human team if needed. The built-in ticket system (Dashboard, then My Tickets) is the main human support channel; Free users get a response within about 24 to 48 hours and Premium users get Priority Support with a faster response. There is also a community Discord, and FACEITSync Creators can request access to the Creator Discord through a ticket. Before opening a ticket, try reconnecting your services and the troubleshooting steps below.

If you have a question or run into an issue, here are your support options, fastest first.

1. The AI Assistant (fastest)

The quickest way to get help is the FACEITSync AI Assistant. Open the AI Assistant button, labeled "Ask me anything", in the bottom right of any page. It answers instantly about features, setup, plans and troubleshooting, using the live documentation. If it cannot fully solve your issue, it can create a support ticket for the human team directly from the chat, with the conversation attached. See The FACEITSync AI Assistant for details.

2. Support tickets (human team)

The ticket system is the main channel for the human support team:

  1. Go to Dashboard, then My Tickets.
  2. Click New Ticket.
  3. Describe your issue as clearly as possible.
  4. Add screenshots or logs if relevant.
  5. Submit and wait for a response.

What to include: what you were trying to do, what actually happened, steps to reproduce, screenshots or error messages, and your browser and operating system.

3. Discord

FACEITSync has a community Discord for general questions and discussion with other users. In addition, if you are a FACEITSync Creator you can request access to the Creator Discord through a support ticket. The Creator Discord includes:

  • Early information about new features.
  • Creator-only announcements and updates.
  • Direct communication with the FACEITSync team.
  • Feedback and feature discussions.

To request access, mention in your ticket that you are a creator and would like Creator Discord access.

Before opening a ticket

These steps solve most issues quickly:

  1. Ask the AI Assistant or check this documentation for your issue.
  2. Reconnect your services under Settings, then Account.
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Test in incognito or private mode.
  5. Try a different browser.
