The AI Assistant is a built-in chatbot that helps you use FACEITSync. Open it any time with the AI Assistant button, labeled "Ask me anything", in the bottom right corner of any page.
What it can do
- Explain any FACEITSync feature and how to set it up.
- Answer questions about plans, pricing and what Free, Player+ and Premium include.
- Help with troubleshooting and point you to the right page or doc.
- Recommend the right plan for what you want to do.
The assistant reads the live FACEITSync help documentation, so its answers stay up to date as features change.
Personalized for you
When you are logged in, the assistant can use your account context to give more relevant answers, for example your current plan, your FACEIT nickname and ELO, and whether your bot and overlays are set up. Logged-out visitors still get full help on features and pricing.
Conversation memory
The assistant remembers the recent part of your conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself. You can reset the conversation at any time to start fresh.
Escalating to a support ticket
If the assistant cannot fully solve your problem, it can create a support ticket for the human support team directly from the chat. The conversation is linked to the ticket so the team has the full context. You can then follow the ticket under your tickets in the dashboard. Premium users get Priority Support on these tickets.
Availability and limits
The assistant is free and available on every page. To keep it fair for everyone there are sensible message limits, with lower limits for anonymous visitors than for logged-in users. If you hit a limit, wait a short time or log in.

Is the AI Assistant free? Yes. It is free for everyone, including users who are not logged in.
Do I need an account to use it? No, but logging in gives more personalized answers and higher message limits.
Can it fix my issue or change my settings? It guides you and can open a support ticket for the team, but it does not change your account settings itself.
How do I talk to a human? Ask the assistant to create a support ticket; the human team takes over from there, with Priority Support for Premium.
