Protecting in-game FPS
OBS has minimal impact on FPS when using NVENC or AMF. With x264 on a weaker CPU: set encoder preset to superfast and cap CS2 FPS with fps_max 400 to prevent CS2 from consuming excessive CPU time during encoding.
