Season 8 - Placement Tracker Now Active
With the start of Season 8, FACEITSync automatically switches into placement mode. Both player profiles and the Standard Overlay and all Premium Overlays will now display a dedicated Placement Tracker for as long as the 10 placement matches are pending.
The tracker shows the current placement match progress and your ongoing placement stats - K/D, K/R, ADR, average score, headshot rate, and win rate - all in one compact view, directly in the overlay. Once all 10 matches are played, the overlay automatically switches back to the standard view.

Starting tonight, the !placements command is available in the Twitch Bot. Viewers can use it directly in chat to check the streamer's current placement progress - including win/loss record, K/D, ADR, headshot rate, average score, and the final ELO from Season 7.

The switch happens fully automatically. Anyone already using FACEITSync doesn't need to change anything - the overlay and profile detect the season start and display the Placement Tracker automatically.
CS2 Valve Update - Animgraph 2
Valve shipped Animgraph 2 with the latest CS2 update - a reworked animation system that makes movement, reloads, and weapon switches feel noticeably smoother and more responsive. It primarily affects player-side animations.
For streamers and competitive players it means fresh gameplay feel right at the Season 8 start. No changes are needed on the FACEITSync side - all tracking features continue to run as before.
CAGGTUS Leipzig - ESIC Lifetime Ban for MAUschine
A serious incident occurred at CAGGTUS Leipzig: the player MAUschine has received an official lifetime ban from the ESIC (Esports Integrity Commission). Twitch has already suspended the account. A FACEIT ban is expected to follow shortly.
MAUschine is a registered FACEITSync user. As soon as an official FACEIT suspension is in place, his profile at faceitsync.com/en/mauschine will automatically display a corresponding notice. Until then the profile remains in its normal state - FACEITSync responds to official FACEIT status, not to external reports.

FACEITSync automatically displays a ban status on affected player profiles - as soon as the ban is officially confirmed at the FACEIT platform level. We rely exclusively on verified platform data.
